All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by 2 experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process before the final decision and detailed presentation at the conference, all the accepted papers will be published by SHS Web of Conferences (EDP sciences), and submitted to CPCI, CNKI, DOAJ, Crossref, Google Scholar, Wanfang Data, EBSCO (EBSCO Discovery Service) and Social Science Database for indexing.
